Members Area Login
The BAC Member’s Area allows continual access to benefit plan information anytime and from any device! Plan members can pull up a copy of their ID card, check how much they have accumulated towards out-of-pocket expenses, and review Explanation of Benefits.
Through the portal members can connect with their Plan’s dedicated BAC team by submitting requests, questions, and securely uploading documents. Information on provider network and Transparency in Coverage tools are available. Members can explore health trackers and health risk assessments. Logins can be secured with multi-factor authentication.
