Once logged in, you will have access to your personal information as well as that of any covered underage dependents. While creating your login you will also be given the option to allow a covered spouse to have access to your info. Your spouse will need to create their own unique password, and may opt to allow you to see their info. |

Submission of any changes to your coverage is always subject to the provisions set forth in the Plan Document. Upon receipt of your online request BAC will process the change and notify you directly if additional information is required or if the change is not eligible.
