The BAC Members Area is located at: https://bactpa.vbagateway.com New users should select “Register” In the Portal list, please choose BAC Member’s Area and then enter the following information: a. Member’s SSN d. Email Address b. Member’s Date of Birth e. Cellular Telephone Number c. Member’s Name f. Create a User Name & Password After you submit the information above you will need to respond to a verification email.
