How To Verify BAC Member Benefits

How To Submit Claims
Providers should submit Claims according to the information on the back of the BAC Benefit Identification Card. Claim submission and repricing varies by network. For example, employer groups utilizing provider networks through Cigna Payer Solutions, Medical Mutual of Ohio SuperMed, or HealthLink, claims should be sent to the networks’ payer ID for repricing and then the claims will be transmitted to BAC for payment. All other claims can be submitted to BAC electronically via BAC’s Payer ID 49984.
